Teleclass is November 17th - Here's the info!

Researching information to update the KRG website.
www.krgcommunications.com is still up and most of the information is still valid. However, product info like teleclasses and behavior style assessments is woefully out of date. Looking forward to some new solutions shortly.


In the meantime, my November teleclass for the "So... You Need to Sell" series is set for Tuesday, November 17th at 7PM. This month's class is "Introduction to Basic Telephone Skills" and is only $25 for the one hour class.

NOTE: This is a teleclass, not a webinar. I do this on purpose as it's important to become comfortable absorbing information solely over the telephone. After all, that's the skill set we want to improve, right?
